We are so excited for this new Chapter in our life and to share our passion of Gymnastics with the families of this community. This Opportunity came at the perfect timing in our life where are children are now both in College Tabitha at UNI and Zander attending NCC giving us the time to commit to take Rise Gymnastics into the next Chapter of the gym. Chris grew up doing gymnastics himself and has never stopped loving the sport, we want to pass this passion onto your family.

Coach Chris has been with Rise since the beginning and before that was a Coach at Galaxy Gymnastics when it was a city program giving him 20+ years of coaching experience. Chris coaches multiple classes at our gym; including Gladiators, Girls & Boys Recreational, Adult Gymnastics, Xcel Team and Boys Team!

Gladiators & Recreational Coach
Coach Zander has been with Rise since the beginning as a Gymnast and a coach for 2 years. Zander coaches multiple classes at our gym; including Gladiators, Girls Recreational, and Boys Recreational! Zander grew up in a gym doing gymnastics since he was 5 years old, we are excited he stayed at home for college so he can still coach with us at Rise! He has a passion for Trampoline & doing Flips just ask him he will gladly show you!
Marcus & Brittney Tucker
Xcel Team Coaches
Coach Marcus & Coach Brittney have both been with Rise Gymnastics for the last three years! Marcus coaches Girls Xcel Team. Brittney coaches Xcel Gold and Platinum. Marcus and Brittney have both been with Rise Gymnastics for the last four years! A few things they like to do outside of gymnastics is being with their daughter Meredith, playing with the dogs, and working on the farm!
Shaylee Irwin

Coach Shaylee has been coaching with Rise for the last couple years and is coaching PreGym through Girls Level 2. Shaylee is a wonderful Coach and connect with her students!
Alison Wielenga
PreGym and Dance Coach
Coach Alison started coaching with us last year! She is amazing with young kids and you can see her love of children come through her coaching! Alison is also a Mom and runs a daycare during the day!
Stina Howie
Little Sprouts Education Teacher
Stina joined our staff last fall when we started Little Sprouts, an early childhood program for children ages 1-6. She engages her students in stories, songs, and play-based activities. They are having fun and learning so much through play! Join us and help your Little Sprout grow!
