Hello, we are Ryan and Cinda Van Voorst. Our children are Hannah, Tori, Cassie, and Kole. We are so excited to start this new role as owners for Rise Gymnastics! I, Cinda, have been coaching for 10+ years. I started in Sioux Center at Galaxy Gymnastics and fell in love with gymnastics and working with kids! We cannot wait to work with you kids and make Rise Gymnastics the best we can! Welcome to our Gymnastics Family!

Recreational and Xcel Team Coaches
Marcus coaches some Recreational classes and Girls Xcel Team. Brittney Coaches Xcel Gold and Platinum. Marcus and Brittney have both been with Rise Gymnastics for the last three years! A few things they like to do outside of gymnastics is being with their daughter Meredith, playing with the dogs, and working on the farm!

Coach Kaylee joined Rise September of 2023! She joined us after Graduating college and coaching Gymnstics in Coralville, IA. Kaylee is coaching

Recreational Coach and Boys Team Coach
Coach Chris has been with Rise since the beggining and has been a huge asset to all our levels! Chris coaches multple classes at our gym; including Gladiators, Girls Recreational, and Boys Recreational and Team!
Jessica Ross

Jessica Ross joined the Rise Team back in 2022. My husband and I moved here in March of 2020. We are both from Utah. I love to workout, take photos, organize/clean, love to watch chick flick movies, take my dog for walks!
Shaylee Irwin
Recreational Coach
Coach Shaylee has been coaching with Rise for the last couple years and is coaching PreGym through Girls Level 2. Shaylee is a wonderful Coach and connect with her students!
Shelby Andringa
Recreatoinal Coach
Coach Shelby has been with us since 2021! Shelby currently is a college student at Northwest Community College. Shelby is a great coach and is a natural with kids!
Alison Wielenga
PreGym and Dance Coach
Coach Alison started coaching with us last year! She is amazing with young kids and you can see her love of children come through her coaching! Alison is also a Mom and runs a daycare during the day!

Recreational Coach
Coach Kiley joind Rise June of 2023! Kiley did gymnastics when she was younger and enjoys working with kids. Kiley is a Sophmore in High school and enjoys doing Show Choir and babysitting!
Stina Howie
Little Sprouts Education Teacher
Stina joined our staff last fall when we started Little Sprouts, an early childhood program for children ages 1-6. She engages her students in stories, songs, and play-based activities. They are having fun and learning so much through play! Join us and help your Little Sprout grow!
