Pound Fit Classes - Tuesday nights at 7:15pm

  • Workout incorporates small weights, balls, resistance bands, ballet barre, and yoga mats.

Yoga Fit - Thursday evenings at 5:45pm

  • Yoga Fit class taught by Aon Anderson

  • Involves fitness exercises, toning, relaxation, and stretching

Zumba Classes - Saturday mornings at 9:00am

  • Latin dance class taught by Nikelle Roghair

  • Easy to follow steps to help you get fit and stay fit!

$70/10 class punch card or $8/class
